I knew from the minute we first spoke on the phone that we were going to work well together, and have a comfortable and pleasant relationship throughout the process. This was a new and scary process for me, as a first time home buyer on my own as a widow, at 65 years old! She knew just the right questions to ask, and truly listened to me when I tried to articulate my needs and wants in a home, as I felt like I was going into it blind. She kept me informed on available listings that seemed to fit what I was looking for, and was more than understanding when I said some of them weren't and why. When we found "the home", she helped me sort through my own thinking and decision making process without inserting her influence or preferences. She was excellent at guiding me through the myriad of steps that came all in a flurry in the beginning phase, and as things slowed down and we encountered glitches that are to be expected, she calmed my fears and anxieties while keeping me informed of every little thing that was or wasn't happening, assuring me that the "glitches" were just that, and nothing to be alarmed about. When closing day finally arrived, I think she was about as excited as I was! It's clear that she enjoys her career as a Realtor, and is exceptionally knowledgeable in the field. She showed genuine care and concern for me as her client, and was more than a pleasure to work with and to get to know. However many "stars" is the highest rating is what she deserves!
